Once your parcel is picked up, you can follow its live location in real time until it's delivered — no guessing where it is.

Your price is calculated and shown before you pay, processed securely through Cashfree — never edited after the fact.
Dispute Resolution
If something doesn't go as expected, you can raise a dispute directly from your booking. Our support team reviews the details and resolves it fairly.
What to know before you ship
Book My Parcel is a platform connecting senders with independent travellers, not a courier company — insurance isn't automatically included, and liability is capped as set out in our Terms & Conditions. We recommend arranging your own cover for high-value items and avoiding prohibited or valuable goods entirely.
